スタッフの応対が、、とても残念。

お部屋のお布団類なんですが、枕に白いカピカピのようなものがついており、バスタオルを巻いて枕を使用しました。
また、シーツ中央部に大きなシミのようなものがあったり、毛布の中に髪の毛が入ってたりと、掃除の際に確認して頂きたいなと思うようなところが多々ありました。
お風呂場の洗面所下の排水溝ですが、流れが悪く、水が長い間貯留してしまいました。
