飯店鄰近湖邊
服務人員服務品質極差，反應浴室無清潔液，櫃台人員說沒問題，但在房間等待30分後完全沒處理，讓人很失望。

IñakiPhilippinesA good lake view hotel in Sapa
Probably the best hotel with a view of the Ho Sa Pa lake for those who want a lake view rather than seeing the mountain landscape of Sapa. An easy flat terrain walk away from the town center.

FranciscoCanadaGreat location overlooking lake and good buffet breakfast in a quiet setting (March).
The beds were very, very hard. Since the shower is incorporated in the bathroom, you must time your use so as to avoid getting wet.

What we’d check for you here
- How many rooms they will hold at once, for how long, and on what terms.
- That the desk is staffed when you land, and that the room is held past cut-off.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about Sapa Legacy Hotel
What time is check-in and check-out at Sapa Legacy Hotel?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does Sapa Legacy Hotel allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Is there parking at Sapa Legacy Hotel?
Yes — the property states that parking on site is free. Whether a space can be reserved in advance varies, so we check it against your dates.
Does Sapa Legacy Hotel have Wi-Fi?

Can I book a block of rooms at Sapa Legacy Hotel?
The property lists meeting and banquet space, which usually means it handles group business — but how many rooms it will hold at once, for how long, and at what rate are set case by case and are not in any feed. Tell us the dates and the number of rooms and we'll get those terms from the property in writing before anything is charged.
Can I check in late at Sapa Legacy Hotel?
The property lists a front desk staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival should be possible. Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Rooms are still released after a cut-off at some properties regardless of the desk hours, so tell us your arrival time and we'll have them hold it.
How do I book Sapa Legacy Hotel?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
