A konyhabútor nagyon rossz állapotú, a lakásban sok dolgot fel kéne újítani. A zuhanyzó rossz állapotban volt és penészes. A kanapé ágy nagyon kényelmetlen. Ennyi pénzért jobban fel lehetne szerelve.
