Location. Caters for heaps of people.
Aircon in summer may be an issue but heaters were supplied for winter.

Lawn and BBQ was clean. Kitchen was clean. Utensils and cleaning supplies provided (but we took all our own incase). Nice and spacious for big families with kids. Bathrooms were clean and gave a homely feel…
