None of the Mugs and glasses were clean from previous uses but presented as clean.

Nice touch with fresh baked biscuits on arrival. Appreciated the little kitchenette to avoid using the bathroom wash basin to wash up dishes etc. Bed was comfy, room was spacious & facilities all in good order.
