When we arrived in our room the toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall, we found blood on our duvet the breakfast was non existant just packaged sweets!

We arrived very late - 2am. I called on the phone and the staff let us in. First impression was BAD. Lobby was dirty and the entire floor smelled like pot and a very strong perfume that maybe was used to try to cover up…
