I enjoyed the top floor. The view was just perfect. The stairway to the unit was steep. The kitchen was well equiped but you must bring all condiments. The bed was nice, we sleep good. Overall condition of the building…

The Sand Dollar Condos are not condos at all. The building looks like an old cement apartment building that has seen better days. Granted it is very close to the beach and that was the best part.

The condos are old and even though efforts have been made to spruce them up, time has taken a tole on the place. Lots of check-in procedures because there is no on-site management.
