We loved our stay at this property. It was very close walking distance to the shibuya station and all the shopping and food we needed without having to travel for long periods of time. Will definitely stay here again!!
Great location! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of quaint restaurants, bars, and convenient stores. Walking distance to shopping and Shibuya train and crossing (6-10 min). There were 4 beds (3 twin, 1…
The communication is non-existent despite numerous messages. The check-in instruction comes at 5pm which is one hour after 4pm (their preferred check in time) - which makes it 3 hours later than most hotels
The reason a give a 3 is because as many reviewers said, I was supposed to check in at 4pm I arrived with my family at 3pm and still at the airport I was waiting for them to send me the check in we were supposed to fill…
We did not get check-in instructions until 40 minutes after check-in, but other than that, the property was extremely clean and well-kept, and the area is a very short walk away from Shibuya Crossing and all of its…

No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.

Nothing to do with the booking above. The same market, priced the same way, for if this one is not it.
