C'est la première fois que je sois déçu a ce point.
Déjà ca commence par la facturation de la climatisation alors que lors de la resevation c'est indiqué que c'est inclus.
Puis arrivee a l'intérieur on suffoque…

Beklentinin üstünde tertemiz ve herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Yönetimin özverili çalışması herşeyi açıklıyor.
Muratİki cocuklu aile olarak konakladık. Gerek otelin temizliği gerekse de konumu dört dörtlüktü. Bir iki eksiklik için de yönetim hızlıca çözüm bulup yardimci oldu.
