The location was great right in the middle of the Abbey side of Whitby although the steps leading to the property were an issue if you have mobility problems the unloading and loading of our vehicle was a challenge…

On arrival we found they were no bed linen.
We message and said they was no bed linen.
We slept in our clothes.
The property smelt of damp .
The bath leaked and you could see it had come the ceiling.

Hard to find property with lots of steps to get to it!! Dangerous staircases inside property so would be unsuitable for elderly or people with small children.

Nothing, we throughly disliked the property and we are waiting on someone to come back to us to sort this out. So far I feel completely ignored and really let down by both Sykes and Booking.com.

Didn't look like anyone had been in to clean
Pilot light kept going out on boiler everytime we used hot water. Faulty plug socket in living room. Bathroom dirty with sink coming away from the wall
