チェックイン当日、ホテルがクローズ。
張り紙があるだけで、スタッフも誰もいなかった。
酷い話です。コロナウイルス対応で、予約サイトのホテルが少ない中で、空いていると思って行ったのに、このサイトも含め利用者の立場に立っていない。今も予約が出来るようになっているが、被害者を出さないようにしてほしい。
