料理が美味しい宿
料理がとても良かったです♪
部屋は広く綺麗でした。
和洋室には温泉の家族風呂があり、檜風呂は気持ちよく入れました。
貸切露天風呂の洞窟風呂も良かったです。
足が悪いのでエレベーターが無いのは辛かった。
受付の年配の女将？さんなのか、嫌味を言われたり、間違えても謝らなかったり、接客の感じが悪く不快でした。
他のスタッフさんは良くして下さいました。

とても素晴らしい
部屋がきれいで、広い。トイレが特にきれい。スタッフの方は皆さん上品で丁寧な印象。夕食の牛肉の石焼き？がとっても美味。
檜風呂のシャワーが水しか出なかった。

①お肉が食べられないことを前日に伝えたにもかかわらず、対応していただいた。
②食事は量的には多かったが、胃もたれがなかったので、素材がよかったのだと思う。

The onsen was great! The futon and pillow was nice and the staff tried her best in aiding the translation for the stay. Also food was delicious (breakfast/asagohan)

旅館の食事はいつも量が多すぎて食べきれないのですが、適当な量でした。
