It’s adequate for a short stay . A complete kitchen if you want to do your own cooking, and having a washing machine was also a bonus. The house is located in a quiet part of town, not too far from Batu Kurau town.

Tilam in 2nd room shd be changed to better one. Also water pump is very noisy at third room. Maybe shd have a switch to shut down at night
