Tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy, rendezett lakás. Saját parkoló, saját kapunyitóval.
Nyílászárók rosszak, nem lehet őket nyitni/csukni, nincs levegő. A "konyharész" egy külön részen van egy másik apartmannal közös.
