Heater was broken in master bedroom. I emailed as instructed for emergencies, but did not receive a response until late the next morning. The problem was ultimately fixed, but disappointed no response same night.

We used one of the hot tubs which was lovely. The kitchen was great with basic equipment for cooking (pots, strainers, seasonings, etc)…
