Enjoyed our stay at the Royal West End!
The room was clean and huge, the staff were friendly and helpful. Not far from bus stop and bars/shops, about 20 minutes bus into the city.

Location was well positioned near the botanical gardens. Bed was comfy, bathroom & room size all well suited for a solo traveller. Check in/ out was seamless.

Our roomed smell of mens perfume and the madrass was not that comfortable.

Photos of the hotel were taken a while ago and angled in a way the rooms look bigger than what is the reality. Room 305's bathroom is tiny and you have to angle yourself between the sink and toilet…

Smell of cats urine..dampness. no view..waited an hour for check in..wasn't even offered a tea or coffee...didn't stay in it due to hazardous conditions...still awaiting a refund..put in a basement..…
