The fine print
The swimming pool will be temporarily closed from November 1, 2026, for annual maintenance until further notice. The Health Club will be temporarily closed from January 5 to 31, 2026, for refurbishment. The Hong Kong Government will impose a ban on single-use plastic products with the first stage set to take effect on 22 April, 2024. Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kits, and shower caps. To take the next step, disposable plastic water bottles will be replaced with reusable water bottles in guest rooms, complemented by self-service water dispensers near the elevator lobby. If necessary, please purchase the regulated products from vending machines at the hotel lobby. Hotel Accommodation Tax is not chargeable as long as the same occupant stays in the same hotel for 28 continuous nights or more Double bed is not available in the Mountain View Twin Room. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and on all hotel floors. If necessary, the designated smoking area is located on the right-hand side of the hotel main entrance.
