Die Wohnung ist renoviert. Das Haus und das Grundstück sehen jedoch katastrophal aus. Nur in einem Zimmer gibt es ein richtiges Fenster im Schlafzimmer und im Bad ist das Fenster in einem Schacht im Keller.
