Moderne Unterkunft, die leider in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr wirklich gepflegt wird.
Grundsätzlich optisch modern ansprechend - zumindest wenn man nicht auf Details achtet.
Die Lage war ruhig und zentral - 500m zum Strand, 1,7km zum Zentrum, Bummelzug-Station quasi direkt vor der Haustüre.

it was modern and clean. The shower had a water draining issue the owner came and fixed it rifht away the next day. No isszes after that or beside that.

Good location, quiet and all you need, could have been cleaner
We stayed in winter - the air con was weak it couldn’t heat the space even though it was small.

The floors and bathroom could have been cleaned better. There were spiders on the bathroom ceiling.
