Unwashed bedsheet and pillowcase - it wasn’t freshly replaced. The bucket and cup in bathroom was so dirty. There was a mirror in the wall with full of sindoor and Kamala. No water , soap or toiletries…

All over very Good ....I like it.....If I again visit Trivandrum I il sure pick this hotel again .....I like it very much ....Very clean and excellent facilities in this Hotel ❤️😍
