Absolument tout. L’appartement et tous ses équipements sont tous neufs. Il a été rénové avec goût et il est très fonctionnel. Il est très bien placé en plein centre ville et tout près du centre historique.

Il piccolo monolocale è situato al piano terra in una zona molto centrale di Termoli, a piedi in pochi minuti si arriva al centro.
