Ár érték arányban tökéletes.
A strand szinte egy percre volt, a belváros is 15-20 perc sétával elérhető, de buszmegálló is volt a közelben, ami bevisz. A lakás alatt volt a reggeliző, több péksütemény és ital közül lehetett választani.
