Maintenance in this property needs attention. Some examples were: missing fan knobs, dishwasher falling out of cabinet, dirty glasses, leaking washing machine, dirty deck sand everywhere, broken clothes…

Modern, comfortable accommodation. Great location near the beach.
Close to the beach but only a glimpse of a lake view from kitchen window. Plenty of space, lovely covered verandah upstairs.
Some construction noise from several doors away.

The close proximity to the beach.
The lack of cleanliness. There were many spiders in the bathroom which crawled onto our towels and the shower screen. There was a lot of dust and spiders around the reverse cycle air…
