Improvement needed
No towel, No toilet door. Reception closed at 10pm open 9am. Dirty Bed Linen. Full of stains and smells bad. Improvement needed immediately if the owner is still looking for customer coming thru the door.

Booked a room, but was given different room. Room given was different from what being told in the website. Then staff simply said room has been fully booked/ taken by other guest. This was the 2nd time the same thing…

First of all it was a dissapointment as I had bokked and payment my booking for a queen bedded room. However to my surprise when I arrived at the hotel to check in, i was told that the queen bedded room was fully booked…
