Grace, the receptionist, has been so attentionate, sweet and caring.
When I left, she followed me outside, worried about where I was going on foot by myself.
She offered me coffe, so I went back inside the hotel.

- That the desk is staffed when you land, and that the room is held past cut-off.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
