広くて使いやすかった。新幹線がよく見えることも子供にとっては良かった。
部屋はきれいだがビルが古く、エレベーターが嫌な匂いがしたので毎回それが苦痛だった。
お風呂の椅子が低くて腰を曲げるのが辛い人には難しそうだった。

房子只是大，但是浴室落水口的水網真的非常骯髒，浴室排風口滿是灰塵，煮水壺的濾網也超級髒，桌子很多灰塵，我甚至懷疑地毯的清潔。我們是一家四口入住，使用一個futon，但是很薄，躺著完全不舒服，背很痛沒辦法睡，只好兩個人睡床，兩個人去擠沙發。
如果我知道要住的房間在清潔方面差，futon床那麼難睡，我建議大家不如去住旁邊的APA，VIA INN，或是東橫INN。
