I liked being on the river and super close to everything including lakes and downtown.

The view.
Everything was disgusting!!! The door knob to the front door was unattached..you could see outside from how unattached it was..we didn't feel safe at all. The floors were filthy I had to go buy cleaning…

This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
