Akiko予約時に希望していた部屋がエアコンの具合が良くないとのことで、アップグレードの部屋を用意していただきました。その対応や気配りなど大変素晴らしいもてなしをしていただいたと実感してますが、唯一ベッドが寝ると身体が沈んでしまうもので寝心地が悪くて大変残念でした。
