Excellent location but got a bit noisy at night. Good host - quick communication and helpful. Parking at premises which is very convenient. Elevator is also convenient. Overall, 8.5/10.

The landlord is a great guy, he's full of information about the town and he saves us by printing out our boarsing cards bwfore we left. We had to find gim at his hotel on the seafront for this though.
