The grass was overgrown and there was a resident snake , we were planing an Easter hunt but felt it was unsafe due to being unkept
The fridge was also not working

The location was lovely. The large, front verandah was a great place to sit, relax, listen to the birds and gather for meals with the whole family.

No air con very hot. Previous guest did not empty the garbage left it full of fish sea food, maggots causing a smell throughout the property for the week

The house is located in the best position in Iluka. short stroll to everything you need and want. very comfortable and the the deck and bath are big attractions.
