Great location, quiet park with walking distance to beach. Easy check in good WiFi
Caravan was a bit dirty and had a distinct smell to it I guess due to being dog friendly but wasn’t too bad we got used to it

Didn't have breakfast at the club cooked our own.
Just used as base to go about visiting brixham goodrington and torquay.

Great getaway
I booked this for my son and his family, and they absolutely loved the caravan and the location. They had the best time, and they said they would love to return for another trip only next time it would be a longer stay.
