The location was good.
I notified the hotel that we would be late, however the room was very cold and the heating was inadequate. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location and friendly staff.
Hotel is very tired and a bit scruffy. Hard pillows and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the management staff were pleasant and helpful.
The venue was literally a two minute walk to the Conference venue which was exactly as expected. Easy to navigate :)
