Reception opening hours are daily except Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. In winter, reception is closed on Wednesdays. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees).
