The fine print

Please inform Residence Ca' D'Oro in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Residence Ca' D'Oro know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at a cost of EUR 6 per person for towels, EUR 20 for a double set of bed linen, and EUR 18 for a single set of bed linen. Please note that the swimming pool is open from approximately 1 June until 15 September.
