I've stayed at the Reno Suites hotel multiple times always a good experience.

LarryWindow broken which caused loud wind storm into my room. Could not sleep. Went down to lobby to ask for another room but no personal available.

Resort fee excessive for 2star quality. Non smoking room, however rooms around did not abide, no enforcement. Staff was 50/50 with attitude, willingness to help.
