Location was just out of town but an easy walk to the town centre or the Minster

Stairs to the accommodation not suitable for disabled guests. Parking outside the accommodation not always possible.

The landlady was friendly and welcoming, she told us where the local shops and takeaways were, the beer garden was lovely, with flowers and water fountains, the room was small but clean.
The room was very small.
