No breakfsat. Minimal water pressure in the shower. Volume couldn't be raised on the TV so that I could hear it over the air conditioner noise.

Quiet, simple, easy access from road and easy access from parking lot to room. If you are looking for a clean, simple place to sleep, this is it.
