TSZCHUNG別墅雖已10年卻維護的極佳，建材十分高級，大理石地板、大片瓷磚舖地，浴室也很寬大，只除馬桶非免治、沒浴缸和電視尺吋較小節目很少以外，其他都很完美！
屋外即可停車，還有電梯和庭院。
一樓有烤箱、電熱爐和飲水機，還有和式房和大客廳可看書休閑，真很適合渡假家庭遊玩，下次還來此住宿。
需自行開車，交通離市區有距離。
