Rooms are full dust, Bed linens are lipstick marks and blood stains, we informed twice about room cleaning before check in and after check in aswell, but not happen

Reception person has charged us 2300 rupees however I have received the email bill receipt 1514 rupees. Room was not clean, it was smelling like hell, washroom was also not so clean.. bedsheets has so many stains…
