Overall was a great location but towels
Location was good.
Towels needs to be changed. Had to buy towel. My toilet doesn’t flush properly sometimes there is water sometimes none.

Cleanlines and room conditions. Exhaust fan in toilet is not working. Drainage is clogged in toilet. Room is very dusty and aircon is weak due to building up ice in the unit makes air so weak.

The owners needs to take an action for all this matters. It was not a pleasant stay for us.
The location was alright.
The staff was friendly.
The hygiene was not good. Also the bed was not comfortable. Lots of bugs and insects were joining us in the room. The aircon was not powerful enough, so it was still hot…
