When I got there I was told they didn't have my reservation. Then I had to spend over a half hour on the phone with booking.com to get it resolved while my 3 and 4 year old waited in the car

The bed was comfortable, room was decently cleaned. AC seemed to work well.
I was disappointed that they lock the mechanism that allows you use the bathtub. It's locked so that the water will only come from the shower…
