Pelo valor pago seria interessante a proposta porém o risco de não ter o mínimo de confiança e conforto na edificação me
Flat razoável para acomodação de um casal.
Estrutura antiga mas funcionando.
Roupas de cama são limpas e cheirosas.
O prédio não tinha elevador em funcionamento. São 4 e os 4 quebrados.
O estacionamento custa 35 reais…
