AKIKO部屋真新しくて綺麗でしたが、コップの数が少ないことや、手洗い石鹸がないのが不便でした。
上下階のドアの開け閉めの音や、深夜まで他の部屋の住民の大声がうるさくて、眠れませんでした。

賃貸アパートとして作った部屋を民泊に転用しているので、洗濯機(洗剤あり)、冷凍庫つき冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電熱器を装備しているのがメリット。建物入口＋部屋ごとの二重の暗証番号があり、セキュリティもなかなか。電話すると開錠番号をPDFでメールアドレスに送ってくれる。連泊中の部屋掃除はなし。
ただし、残念なところも多々。５階建てだがエレベーターなし。新しい部屋だが安普請感は否めず、損…
えつこ部屋がとてもキレイでした。
施設の方の対応がよく 安心して宿泊することができました。
部屋は5階でしたが、重いスーツケースを持って上がるのはちょっと大変でした。
Ryoseiお風呂が自動で止まらないのが少し問題点あり。
