等扣款完才會告訴你的事，沒盥洗用品，熱水要節約，不然熱水不夠只能洗冷水，反映也沒用，他會回覆我有事先跟你說節約，但我真的不知道要多節約才會夠六個人使用？然後，電鍋壞掉，房間內沒有暖氣，晚上睡覺會很冷。
