Serene location. Relaxing ambience.
It was peaceful and serene. Very kind and attentive staff & caretakers.
The Sento was not hot enough, it was just warm. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were only okay.

Super Personal mit toller Lage!
Die tolle Lage und das super Personal.
Extrem freundlich und sehr professionell. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Highlight war die Bootsfahrt bei Nacht, welche direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden konnte!

立地とスタッフさんの接客がすごく良かった特にこちらの不手際で夜中にお宿に入れなくなった時にすぐに対応していただけたのには驚いた。
ご迷惑おかけして申し訳ございません
嵐山という立地上仕方ないとは思うのですが値段に対してお部屋の広さはそこまでかなと感じた
