Great service, feel like home!
We love coming back to this hotel. Khun Ball makes us feel at home and special every time we come here. The breakfast is also very good…as is the complementary hotel shuttle to the Ekamai MRT station. We come back here…

Staffs were cooperative specially Mr. Ball was very helpful and proactive, hotel rooms like sofa and floor were not so clean, very small pool, breakfast menue was limited but good.

Amazing reception staff but room wasn’t clean enough
The room wasn’t clean enough for standards and noticeable stain. When they were refresh my room, stuff in room were not placed on the same spot as it used to be/ our bed hasn’t been made properly like they finished half…
