LatonyaUnited StatesHi, I'm currently staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf and I'm very disappointed with my experience. I
I didn’t like nothing about the property.. What you see online is not what you get when you get there.
I've encountered several issues, including a lack of towels despite my requests, finding a roach in the blow dryer,…

Clean enough to stay for one night. Location was close to where we were going. Looked like nice hotel from outside. Shower was nice and hot and pressure good.
Breakfast was a joke. 2 cereals to choose from and very…

We did not stay. We traveled 12 hours with 2 kids who were excited to swim. Just to get to the hotel and hear their pool was down. Something abt permits in Iowa..wish on line or booking.com would update so we would have…

they did not have the pool or workout room operating like advertised and the place was not clean. Breakfast was awful only had rice cripes, bread and pancake maker that did not work. Even the juice was warm.
TrevorUnited StatesWe didn't stay because it was unsafe, smelled of drugs and no pool.
I want my refund. Said there was a pool, there wasn't a pool, hotel smelled liked drugs were being smoked everywhere, this is not a safe place for kids.

What we’d check for you here
- How many rooms they will hold at once, for how long, and on what terms.
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- That the desk is staffed when you land, and that the room is held past cut-off.
- The pet fee and any size limit, which is where these bookings usually come apart.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf
What time is check-in and check-out at Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Does Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Can I book a block of rooms at Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf?
The property lists meeting and banquet space, which usually means it handles group business — but how many rooms it will hold at once, for how long, and at what rate are set case by case and are not in any feed. Tell us the dates and the number of rooms and we'll get those terms from the property in writing before anything is charged.
Does Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
Can I check in late at Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf?
The property lists a front desk staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival should be possible. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Rooms are still released after a cut-off at some properties regardless of the desk hours, so tell us your arrival time and we'll have them hold it.
How do I book Ramada by Wyndham Bettendorf?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
