Close to all the amenities of Cromer in a nice quiet cul de sac. Beds were very comfy and the towels plentiful.
Water pressure low hence showers were a bit slow but hot and adequate.

Garden can be noisy, trains, planes & barking dogs next door. Could do with airing out. Only 2 cereal bowls.
