Please note that the resort is on an island and it is inconvenient to access by wheelchairs. The property is only reachable by boat. Guests are suggested to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Railay Beach to take the ferry service. Please note that the resort offers hotel shuttle boat service from Ao Nam Mao Pier to the resort and from resort to Ao Nam Mao Pier. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort in advance if they wish to make use of this service. The boat shuttle service operates on the following schedule: Hotel to Ao Nam Mao: 09:30, 11:30, 13:30 Ao Nam Mao Pier to hotel: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 17:30 The boat shuttle service will incur an additional charge of THB 100 per person. On the way to the resort from Ao Nam Mao Pier, please always wait for the boat at the end of the long rubber bridge and seek the boat named “Railay Great View”. In case of bad weather or large waves, the boat will not be operated. Please reserve a seat at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the travel time. Guests who wish to use the shuttle service outside of the time schedule above can arrange the service at the front desk at additional charges. Please be aware that the boat is subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
