Great base for Moalboal activities
Moalboal was probably our favorite area of the Philippines and Quo Vadis was a perfect base for us.

Breakfast with oceanview, right next to the dive center, minibar, many bars in walking distance.
AC was loud, price could be better, but it's okay. Bathroom sink was too small.
